Food & beverage

The exclusive American Bar offers an excellent selection of cocktails and drinks. The restaurant, open from the 1st of April until the 31st of October, combines local traditional cuisine with new tastes. The ideal atmosphere for a light dinner or a working lunch.

From June to September it is possible to enjoy a cocktail at the swimming pool's side, or enjoy an unforgettable dinner on the splendid panoramic terrace offering an exciting views over the city.

Area information

The hotel is close to the Lungarni, the theatre of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. The Ponte Vecchio is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Other places of artistic interest in the neighbourhood are the Santa Maria Novella church, the cathedral, the Academy Gallery, Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery.

Very quiet location but yet walking distance to most of attraction, 10 mins walk to SM station, spacious room.

Was disappointed to the fact that breakfast is not served on the roof terrace during my stay. Food selection at breakfast is average, worst scrambled egg I have ever had. Hotel room requires maintenance up keep.

The interior of the room was not quite modern, it should be renovated. The design of the room was too old-fashioned.The superior double room is not that superior like it is displayed on the photos.

Very comfortable hotel in quiet residential location. Short but pleasant walk along the Arno to the Ponte Vecchio and the centre of town. Hotel staff were really friendly and very happy to help with any request.

In a quiet street only 5 mins walk from the centre of Florence - no traffic noise at night - great views from roof terrace - wonderful and helpful front-desk staff. Really excellent stay - Thank you!

Breakfast, location, desk staff, room and window.

When taking a piece of cake from a plate, the waitress behind the breakfast counter made a facial gesture behind my back (my wife saw it) because she was eager to finish up the morning service. This spoiled what would have been a great experience.

Excellent staff. Roof terrace pool = amazing and just the right antidote to the hot weather. Room was pretty and bright, without being too warm. Lovely lobby area for reading or relaxing. In great location, within short walking distance of interesting sites but quiet at night, and also within walking distance of train station while remaining in a lovely, trouble-free area. Breakfast was brilliant.
